- Jury shall determine, in a technical meeting prior to the festival, the manner and criteria of evaluation for both chamber music and composition.
- The jury decides the ranking and prizes for the two sections of the competition (chamber music and composition).
- The jury’s decisions are final and no appeals are allowed.
- The competition jury for the two sections will consist of nationally and internationally recognised musicians as follows:

PRESIDENT OF THE JURY
Violinist-concertist and professor at the National University of Music Bucharest, first violinist of the „Transilvan” Quartet.

VIOREL MUNTEANU (RO)
Jury member - composition
Composer, musicologist, professor at the „George Enescu” National University of Music in Iași.

REMUS AZOIȚEI (UK)
Jury member - chamber music
Professor of violin at the Royal Academy of Music London, first violinist of the „Ad Libitum” Quartet.

MIRCEA NEAMȚ (RO)
Jury member - chamber music
Trombone-tuba, chamber music, prof. univ. dr. National Academy of Music „Gheorghe Dima” in Cluj.

ȘERBAN MEREUȚĂ (RO)
Jury member - chamber music
Deputy artistic director of the „Moldova” Philharmonic in Iași, 2nd violinist of the „Ad Libitum” Quartet.

DORU ALBU (RO)
Jury member - chamber music
Clarinet, chamber music, prof. univ. dr. National University of Arts „George Enescu” in Iași.

ADRIAN POP (RO)
